Hi there. I created this program a little over six years ago and over 1,500 people have used it to become consistent meditators. Consistency is one of the hardest parts about meditation, and if you are like myself you have struggled to try meditation or keep up with it.
I have been practicing meditation for over 25 years and have experienced times of great support, including living and working at meditations centers for nearly six years. At those times, meditation was easy. I have also had real world jobs in construction while caregiving for a loved one that was severely ill. Those times were tough, I barely had the energy to hold my eyes open! This course will help with whatever side you find yourself on.

My hopes for this program is for you to simply do it. The meditations are short and the lessons are simple. This is not a "deep dive". This a stepping stone.
