Why This Course?
I created this course after noticing how easily even thoughtful people can feel pulled into cycles of reaction, certainty, and exhaustion in today’s fast-moving information environment.
The systems around us are often designed to capture attention and trigger emotion before reflection. Over time, that can make it harder to think clearly, stay grounded, and respond deliberately.
This course is meant to offer a different path. Not telling people what to think, but helping them build the skills to slow down, regulate reactions, and think more clearly in a reactive world.


Cayce Howe is a Dharma teacher with over 35 years of meditation practice, including six years in retreat centers, and more than a decade teaching contemplative practice focused on clarity and stability.
He has also worked in executive leadership roles and founded companies in marketing and media, giving him a practical understanding of attention, persuasion, and influence.
His work brings these together—helping people stay clear, grounded, and intentional in environments designed to pull them off center.
